Garda Vetting & Child Protection Training
Belgrove Junior Boys’ School requires that all parents who volunteer to help out in our school are Garda Vetted. The following steps need to be followed in order to be Garda Vetted…
– The completed form must be accompanied by two original valid forms of identification, as detailed in this Garda Vetting Approved Identification document, and returned to school secretary, Marguerite, so she can verify the identification and submit your application to the National Vetting Bureau.
– Applicants will receive an email from the National Vetting Bureau of An Garda Síochána. There will be a link on the email which will direct you to their website in order to complete your application. You will be asked to provide details of all your previous addresses and the dates when you lived at each address. This link is only valid for 30 days so please complete this part of the application within this timeframe.
– When the vetting process is completed, you will receive another email to let you know that your application has been finalised.
