October 28th move
Programme of the day- Parents
- Assemble c. 10:30 for briefing in corridor outside my office. You will have been divided into 2 teams. One team will work on prefabs under Michael Martin’s direction, one on corridor under mine.
- If you have a trolley, bring it but label it please.
- 10:40: teachers from room 1, 2, 3, 7 & 10 will go to their rooms in the new block and await furniture.
As soon as class teachers go to their new classrooms, parent volunteers move furniture from old classrooms to new. This way teachers can direct where they want furniture and equipment to be positioned. All furniture is to be moved. Coats and bags will be on coat racks and these too should be wheeled to new locations.
Classes will be moved in the following order:
Infants- pathway down corridor and left into new building
Mrs. Rowan
Miss Woods
Miss McCaughey
Miss Michelle O’ Grady (will be moved as a 1st & 2nd class, i.e. not on corridor but along outside infant corridor)
Mrs. Fanning
1st & 2nds- pathway over prefab ramps and then right along path outside infant corridor.
Miss Coade
Mr. Harvey
Miss Sorcha O’ Grady
Miss bolger
Miss O’ Donoghue
Lift is not available to move furniture upstairs. There will be a ramp in place at Senior School door adjacent to Mariette’s office.
